ABOUT

MANAGING LEGAL RISKS FOR MODERN RECREATIONAL PROJECTS

Liability.  Warranties.  Indemnification.

Words like these mean a lot to lawyers.  But what do they really mean for your project?  Does the lawyer actually understand how a trail works?  Why the jumps need maintenence?  How things can go wrong in practice?  Who's left with the mess when things fall apart?

This is specialist legal advice for anyone involved in the delivery or management of action sports facilities across bike, skate, snow and more.

We advise trailbuilders, land managers, government departments, sporting clubs, and any other client needing to navigate the terrain of sport and risk.
